Delivery Service

First4Hampers offers free UK Mainland delivery when customers spend £75 or more. We reserve the right to rescind this offer at any time. This offer is only valid for orders to ONE UK mainland delivery address. Orders under £75 or to multiple addresses will be charged at our standard delivery rate of £5.99

We offer next-day delivery as standard to most UK mainland addresses. (*Exclusions apply)

 Our standard delivery charge is from £5.99 per parcel, deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged at £19.99 per parcel.

  • Standard deliveries to UK Mainland are made Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Fruit Baskets ordered on a Friday, even before 1pm, will be delivered the following Tuesday to ensure they are received in the best possible condition
  • Customers must place their order BEFORE 1pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery by close of business on the following business day (we regret we cannot guarantee delivery times). 
  • For deliveries to postcodes beginning with AB (Aberdeen and surrounding area), Southern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands, delivery is 2-3 business days. Other postcodes for whom this applies: DD8-10, FK8 3, FK16-17 & 21, TD1-15, PH10-11, PH13-14, IV1-36, 40, 52-54, KA27, KA28, PA20-49, PA62-77, PH17-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1, KW1-3 and KW5-14, IM1-9 and IM99
  • Please note that although we endeavor to offer a next day delivery service, this service is NOT GUARANTEED as this may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We will not refund orders or delivery charges due to late deliveries which are out of our control
  • It is the customer's duty to ensure that an adult (aged 18 years or above) will be home to accept the gift, which will be delivered by a Courier firm appointed by First4Hampers
  • First4Hampers is not liable for any failed deliveries. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If an incorrect address has been given to us with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred
  • In the unfortunate case of a product being lost in the post, we will seek compensation from the Couriers, and if they declare your order lost we will offer a full refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Some Hospitals will not accept delivery of any gifts onto their premises. It is the duty of the customer to ensure that the hospital they are wanting their gift delivered to will accept it. We cannot be held responsible for the return of any gift due to non acceptance by the hospital concerned.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. All items being returned much be pre-arranged and foods must be returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions. The original packing must be returned in reasonable condition. We assume no responsibility for any delivery costs associated with the return of Goods. 

Once received back at our returns depot, a refund will be issued.

Please note that food, drink or other Goods intended for consumption, and personalised Goods or Goods made to your specification, are all non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of your purchase turning up faulty or damaged, then you must report this to us within 48hours of the delivery being signed for. Should your order include food, drink or other Goods intended for everyday consumption, you must inform us within 24hrs of receipt of any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods.

We strongly suggest you inspect the item as best possible before signing for the item. That way if you are not happy, our delivery team will take away the faulty or damaged goods immediately.

If your goods are faulty or damaged, we must receive photographic evidence by email. First4Hampers will refund postage costs on faulty or damaged goods once the damage or fault has been inspected and verified by our team.
