| What kind of delivery service do you offer?
We offer next-day delivery to most places* in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland so that each basket arrives fresh. Our delivery charge is just £9.00 per order. We can also offer Saturday delivery at a cost of £19.50 per order.
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Place your order BEFORE 1pm (Monday-Friday) and we will have it delivered by midday on the following business day (we regret we cannot guarantee delivery times). * For deliveries to postcodes beginning with AB, to Aberdeen and surrounding areas, delivery is two business days, not including the day of dispatch. Other postcodes for whom this applies: DD8-10, FK8 3, FK16-17 & 21, TD15 2, PH10-11, PH13-14, IV1-36, 40, 52-54, KA27, KA28, PA20-49, PA62-77, PH17-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1, KW1-3&5-14, IM1-9&99. For deliveries to the Channel Islands please allow 2-3 business days. The cost of delivery to the Channel Islands is £10.00.

First4 Group regrets that it cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK & Ireland.
Although we always make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable and we have no control over it. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed.
The time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses whatsoever.
No contract will exist between us and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of the goods. If an incorrect address has been given to us with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. In the unfortunate case of a product being lost in the post, we will seek compensation from Parcelforce, and if they declare your order lost we will offer a full refund. If for any reason the product is returned to us by Parcelforce because they can't complete a delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer for all perishable goods.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo, and JCB cards. All prices quoted on this site are in GBP Sterling, and your credit/debit card will charged in GBP Sterling.
You can also pay for your order by UK cheque. If you are paying by cheque please print out the order form and send it, together with your payment, to us at Unit 3 Loguestown Ind. Estate, Coleraine BT52 2NS, Nothern Ireland. Please make your cheque payable to First4fruit.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is a minimum order amount of £20.00.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. We use the WorldPay payment system to safely process credit and debit card transactions utilising industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone on +44 (0)870 011 0673. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm (GMT). All calls are charged at the standard national rate.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices quoted on this site include UK VAT at 17.5%.
How do I Build My Own Basket?
If you would like to create your very own personalised basket you can go to our Build Your Own Basket section. First of all you will need to buy an empty basket from the Buy a Basket section. Place your empty basket into the Shopping Basket then begin selecting your own individualised contents from the range available in the Build Your Own Basket menu. You can choose anything you like from Fruits & Cheeses, Preserves & Candies, Dried Fruits & Nuts, and Wines.
Can I send my order as a gift to someone?
Certainly. During Checkout you can enter a separate delivery address if you would like your order sent to someone other than yourself.
Can I send a personal message with my gift order?
Yes. During Checkout you may type your message in the field provided.
Can I specify a particular delivery date?
Yes. During Checkout you may enter the date you require for delivery in the field provided.
What is your policy on customer satisfaction?
First4 Group is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order please inform us immediately and we will resolve any issues to your satisfaction. Customers have the right to cancel their order if it has not yet been dispatched. If it has been sent, the customer may pay to have the non-perishable goods returned for a refund.
