Skewers of Tiger Prawns and Chorizo in Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Large cooked Tiger Prawn Tails
2cm diameter Chorizo Sausage
1 bottle of Cottage Delight Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
7cm long wooden skewers
1. Slice the chorizo sausage into 8mm discs.
2. Wrap the cooked tiger prawn around the chorizo sausage piece.
3. Take the wooden skewer and pierce from the tail to the head, going through the chorizo.
4. Dip and coat the tiger prawns and chorizo in Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
5. Simply place on a hot barbecue for one minute each side.
